Refund policy

CANCELLATION AND RETURN TERMS – FREE 30-DAY EXCHANGE AND RETURN PERIOD

The customer has the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving the last product in the order. The right of cancellation also applies to orders that have not yet been delivered. A direct link to the cancellation form can be found in the order confirmation, in the website footer and via this link.

The customer has the right to exchange or return some or all of the products in the order. Products being returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

If you wish to return or exchange products, please contact our customer service first and ask for return instructions. We will provide you with a return reference. Please include your name, contact details and bank account number with the return in case a refund needs to be made.

If a returned product has been used contrary to the buyer's statutory duty of care, has been damaged or is no longer in a resalable condition, the company has the right to deduct the decrease in value up to the full price of the product, including return costs.

If the purchase is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice has been submitted to the return address shown below.

When returning a delivered order, please include your name and contact details and, as a precaution, your bank account number for the refund. We will refund the payments received within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. If the products are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund by an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the product.

Decrease in value

The amount of any decrease in value is determined through an overall assessment by our product specialists. Our specialists have the best knowledge of the products' value and resale potential. Each return is assessed separately based on the condition of the product and any missing items.

The following examples are indicative deductions and depend on the overall assessment and decrease in value:

– If the returned product has been used or handled in a way that leaves marks or dirt, 50% of the product value will be refunded.
– If the product is returned in a condition that makes it unsellable, the decrease in value is 100%, including return costs.
– Missing accessories: 25% of the order value is deducted from the refund.
– Damaged packaging: 25% of the order value is deducted from the refund.
– Missing packaging: 25% of the order value is deducted from the refund.
