Order Terms and Payment Methods

PRODUCTS AND PRICES

The features and prices of products in the online store are shown on each product page. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges, so please check the current prices in the shopping cart before confirming your order. Product prices include 25.5% VAT, as shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation. Consumer customers have a free 30-day exchange and return period.

DELIVERY

We dispatch orders every weekday via Matkahuolto and DB Schenker. Orders placed before 13:00 are dispatched on the same business day whenever possible. The estimated delivery time for products in stock is 1–4 working days. We also specialise in safely shipping 2-metre aluminium profiles with suitable protective packaging, and all available delivery methods can be selected for aluminium-profile orders.

WHOLESALE SALES

If you operate a business and are an electrical or construction professional, interior designer or architect, we offer our products at wholesale prices. Request wholesale access from our customer service. After registration, wholesale prices become available in the wholesale online store.

PAYMENT METHODS

After selecting a payment method, you may be redirected to the payment service provider's website. Complete the payment there and, after confirmation, wait to be redirected back or use the provider's return button to return to Valotehdas. This ensures that the payment has been received and that you reach the “Thank you for your order” page. You will also receive an order confirmation and receipt by email. When the order is dispatched, you will receive a further email containing a link to the tracking page and the shipment tracking number.

SHOPIFY PAYMENTS

Pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express, or with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. Shop Pay or Google Pay can also be selected directly from the cart page for a faster checkout.

PAYTRAIL

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution. In the event of a complaint, please contact Valotehdas first.

PAYPAL

You can pay easily and securely with PayPal. When you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the checkout process. Existing PayPal customers can sign in and confirm the payment. New PayPal customers can create an account and then confirm the payment. See PayPal's current payment terms here.

GOOGLE PAY

Google Pay is a widely used, fast and reliable payment method. Google Pay and Google Wallet are available on most Android phones and many smartwatches. They provide a convenient way to pay in stores, online and in apps. More information is available from Google and from banks supporting Google Pay, such as OP and Nordea. KLARNA

Valotehdas customers can select Klarna as a payment method. Depending on the country and eligibility, available options may include card payments, online bank payments, pay later and instalment payments. Klarna provides flexibility by allowing purchases to be paid by invoice or in instalments.

Select Klarna at checkout to choose the payment option available to you. Depending on the service, you can pay later or split the payment into smaller instalments. Klarna provides buyer-protection features for eligible purchases.

Select the products you want and choose Klarna at checkout.
A credit decision, where applicable, is made based on the information entered at checkout.
Klarna sends the invoice through the Klarna app or by email.
For future purchases, Klarna can be selected again at checkout.

Place your order today and, where the option is available, pay after receiving the product. Klarna may offer up to 30 days of interest-free payment time, starting from dispatch of the order. The invoice is available in the Klarna app and may also be sent with or after the order. If you return a product, the payment is handled according to Klarna's terms. Split your payments

Privacy notice

When a customer chooses Klarna as a payment method, Valotehdas must provide Klarna with the customer information required to process the payment and, where applicable, assess credit eligibility. The information may include name, address, email address, telephone number, previous payments and order history, including payment and delivery methods.
